| Add All to Working | Adds every symbol in all portfolios to the working list so that you do not have to add the portfolios one by one. This is very useful when you want to update the data for stocks in all portfolios. |
| Append Suffix to Selected Portfolio | If you want to use ASPS with non U.S. stocks. You need to append a suffix to the international portfolio when using Yahoo Data Source. MetaStock users do not have to use this function. |
| Add Symbol | Adds to the selected portfolio the symbol you provide in the text box left to the button. |
| Remove Selected Symbols | Removes the selected symbols. You can make multiple selections by holding the Shift or Ctrl key. |
| Remove All | Removes all the symbols in the selected portfolio. |
| Import From File | Imports stock symbols in a file to the selected portfolio. The file must contain the stock symbols line by line. |
| Import From MetaStock | You can import your MetaStock data to ASPS. To use MetaStock as data source instead of Yahoo Finance, you must first select Configuration -> Data Source -> MetaStock from the menu bar. You will then provide the root directory that contains all your MetaStock sub-directories or files. At last, this button allows you to import stocks in any sub-directories in the root directory. |
| Load Into Working List | Loads the selected portfolio into the Working List without first clearing it. |
| Load As Working List | Makes the Working List identical to the selected portfolio. |
| Load From Working List | Copies all the symbols in the Working List to the selected portfolio. |
